At 53, in Hollywood no less, she's invested years in brand (both professionally and socially) based on a heterosexual identity, so her anxiety about change to me is warranted. I like the advice about changing agents: there is risk to coming out, but there is also a lot more risk to losing your mind and your love, which her agent either hasn't considered or doesn't care about. Perhaps thinking about it like a brand would be helpful: there may be a suite of new roles or gigs which may come her way if she comes up with a way to market and publicize her new found sexuality, in which case a good publicist would be helpful too. Change can be gradual- or not- but having a short/long term plan to manage things would hopefully help ease the anxiety and allow her to move forward with her life.

My aunt was from Calabria, Cosenza in particular and she was mad for this stuff. I know lots of people from Cosenza that have to have everything perfumed. It was awful and everytime I went to visit I would feel so unwell. Italians and so many people from other cultures are obsessed with fragrance. What happened to no scents makes good sense? There is a reason why medical offices and other public and work spaces have scent free policies.

How about no scent? Clean is neutral, clean and fresh has no scent. To me this is attractive. Only flowers should smell like flowers, not people. Only fruit should smell like fruit, not people. Only a coconut should smell like a coconut. Only spices should smell like spices, not people. You get my point, I'm sure. And perfume is not safe , not even those derived from pure essential oils which pose their own hazards-toulenes and terpenes combining with ozone that creates formaldehyde. Fragrance is a nightmare for those of us that suffer from asthma, allergies and multiple chemical sensitivities. As long as someone showers regularly and wears clean clothes , they smell just fine. We should become reacquainted with the smell of human.

Id suggest juliette has a gun - not a perfume for you ❤ Also, perfume never smells the same way it does on your skin so always test on your skin…dont buy it based on paper strips

Im so confused, it didnt sound to me like she was refusing to come out at all, or because of the age gap. It sounded like she was struggling to know what to do because of her agent and was asking for advice🤷‍♀️ P gave some good advice as always but Sadie seemed SO over it and not interested at ALL, and didn't even bother giving any advice to the women. It felt more like Sadie was annoyed at how long the letter was, which probably just made the sender feel worse. Maybe dont film a video if youre not feeling like giving advice because this was awful 🤷‍♀️ (except for p) this just made me feel so bad for whoever sent this question in. I hope whoever you are that youre ok, and your GF finds it within herself to come out and live authentically, it sounds like the two of you really love each other ❤️ sending you both lots of love and support❤️

I have endometriosis and and I knew it years before I got diagnosed..I think you’re so right with everything you say and thank you so much for sharing. I got vegan a few years ago cause of the hell-like industry and I realized it took my pain away.. then maybe a year later my cramps came back. I started consuming cbd, it also worked but the pain came back again. Now I am going to try your “advice” and hope it’ll work out for a while. Sooo my advice to you, beautiful soul, is; get diagnosed, even if you continue with your own methods ❤️

i can't be the only person to think that the second letter is such a clear violation of boundaries from this older woman? i would argue that as a teenager and even in your early 20s you're still vulnerable and easy to manipulate (especially by someone charismatic who you admire) and something about this whole story doesn't sit right with me. also because it was more than the age gap itself, the older woman was in a position of power/authority. very easy to take advantage of someone young and impressionable. of course i'm not saying all age gap relationships are like this but again something about the way this story was told gave me the ick.

Hi, Sadie. While I don’t relate to your airport analogy, I feel the “my life doesn’t seem to have one big purpose”. I’ve been thinking about that a lot lately, actually. We are taught from young age that our job has to be our purpose, our family/kids has to be our purpose. Well, I don’t want any of those things. I’m not eager to fulfill a capitalist dream of working myself to death. Having children is still a weird concept for me (I’m to be 31 y.o.). So what’s my purpose, really? There is none. But still, I find myself wanting to enjoy life, and I make it happen through little joys which also bring me peace. I love being in nature the most. I love writing long, deep messages and postcards to my friends. I love taking pictures of everything around me. I’ve always been a highly sensitive and creative person. And I do believe my friends enjoy my company. Anyway, thank you for sharing your perspective.
